Returns and Refunds

When returning a product you must first contact our customer service department for a return authorization number prior to any returns. This will allow us to provide you with proper shipping instructions, track your return, and respond to your request accordingly.

A request for your return must be made in the first 48 hours of receiving your merchandise.

Unless the returned item is damaged you will be responsible for your shipping charges.

The items must be in its original packaging and is subject to inspection to verify it has not been tampered with and unused.

Returned items, unless damaged are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
